The attention of the passengers is drawn to the general booking conditions set out in this contract. The passenger’s acceptance of the ticket constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Particular attention should be given to the provisions on Carrier’s responsibility.
Reservations and Deposit
Reservations are accepted upon receipt of a deposit in the amount shown below. No reservation is considered firm until such deposit is received. The full balance is due not later than 60 days prior to departure. Deposits are required as follows, depending on the cruise duration:
7 days or less, deposit US $ 200 per person8 days or more, deposit US $ 300 per person.
Cruise/Tour Cancellation or Alteration of Itinerary
The cruise line reserves the right to cancel any cruise with or without notice, in which case the passage money will be refunded.
The cruise line also reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any cruise or tour if for any reason this becomes necessary or desirable. Additionally, they may for the same reasons substitute any other vessel (owned or managed by the Line) for the one originally scheduled. In both these cases, no refund is due to the passenger unless justified by the type of new accommodation offered. Changes or alterations on the sequence of ports or stops on land tours do not justify refunds. Cruise arrival and departure times are given as a guideline with no guarantee that they will be adhered to.
Passenger Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of passenger cancellation written notice must be received by DILOS HOLIDAY WORLD not later
than 60 days prior to cruise departure in order to receive refund. In the event DILOS HOLIDAY WORLD is notified that the passenger wishes to cancel accommodation within 60 days of departure, the following cancellation penalties apply
- 60 to 45 Days 25% cancellation charges
- 45 to 14 Days 50% cancellation charges
- 14 or less Days 100% cancellation charges
In all cases of refund the amount will reflect any expenses incurred by DILOS HOLIDAY WORLD including airline penalties. Requests for refund must be received in writing by DILOS HOLIDAY WORLD no later than 30 days after date of sailing. Unused tour vouchers are not refundable.
Cruise Fares
Include cruise accommodation from point of embarkation plus all meals and entertainment while on board and any other extras specifically mentioned in the SPECIAL OFFER pages to which you can link from this page. Not included are port charges, shore excursions, gratuities and personal expenditures such as laundry beverages, not part of the regular menu, medical expenses, expenditures incurred on shore and other personal items.
Port, Embarkation and Disembarkation Charges
Taxes that are assessed by Port Authorities are for the account of the passenger and due with final payment. Please note that passengers joining or leaving the cruise in any port other than the scheduled disembarkation port may be subject to additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Liability and Insurance
We recommend that passengers consider purchasing cancellation / interruption and baggage insurance.
Pregnancy
Pregnant passengers must submit at the time of embarkation a statement from their physician that they are allowed to travel. The cruise company will not accept passengers who are past their sixth month of pregnancy at the time of disembarkation.
Physical Disability
Any physical disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported when reservation is requested. Passage may be refused to those whose state of health or physical condition renders them, in the opinion of the Line, unfit to travel or whose condition may constitute a danger to themselves or another passenger(s). It should be stressed that the care supervision and other special requirements of persons with a physical disability shall remain the responsibility of their escorts and the Line shall not bear any increased liability because of their condition.
