TOUR ENDS IN CENTRAL ATHENS AT 18:30 (2nd day)
1st Day
Drive to world famous DELPHI where you will have two hours at your leisure to stroll around the picturesque village, enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the slopes of MOUNT PARNASSUS in ITEA, take pictures and enjoy a "Greek Coffee".
You will depart for KALAMBAKA, passing through the splendid villages and towns of Central Greece.
Later you will have dinner and stay overnight.
2nd Day
You will visit METEORA and enjoy the unique and most impressive scenery with its historic and ageless MONASTERIES, containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing as they do between earth and sky atop huge rocks.
You will return to Athens via TRIKALA, LAMIA, THERMOPYLAE (where you will visit the LEONIDAS MONUMENT) and KAMMENA VOURLA.
N.B. Visits to the archaeological site and the museum in Delphi are not included.
