The hotel’s 35 rooms and 35 suites are located amidst luxuriant tropical gardens. No two of them are alike, here some twisted tree trunks are holding up a little tile roof, there a private terrace is framed by the fringes of its palm-thatched roof. All your wildest culinary fantasies can be fulfilled at the two great restaurants. If you are dreaming of an elegant candlelit dinner with fine wines, (from the hotel’s wine cellar), sophisticated International cuisine and subtle classical music then go straight to the restaurant at Villa del Sol. For those of you who prefer a more informal and casual atmosphere and like fresh seafood and original Mexican plates, La Cantina Bar and Grill has been created.

La Barca, Cocktail Lounge is a friendly sanctuary which serves superior margaritas, mean martinis and some of the bartender’s very own tasty concoctions. The long, winding bar at La Cantina invites guests to sample delicious snacks and botanas in addition to wicked tropical potions in the fun atmosphere of a real cantina, a favourite Mexican watering hole.

The hotel’s spa may not be the largest in Mexico but it is certainly most relaxing and accommodating. It offers Thai, Indian Head, Sports, Aromatherapy and Reflexology massage, as well as manicure, pedicure and European facials.

The hotel has four swimming pools; including a 60 ft. lap pool and a huge, spectacular infinity-edge pool right at the beach, two floodlit tennis courts and water sports equipment rental. Arrangements can be made for snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing and deep-sea fishing. Horseback riding and an 18-hole golf course is available nearby.

For you next board meeting, our newly renovated facility can accommodate from 20 to 48 persons, depending on the set up. A variety of A/V equipment is available as well as full catering - from a coffee break to the most elegant dinner. The hotel can also arrange special sunset weddings and cater small receptions on the private beach.
