Colonial Hotel in Puebla has been on the city map since 1668, this building was constructed by the Jesuits, after they built the Espiritu Santo church and its college, located right across the street.
It was a Jesuit monastery until the end of the 18th century and changing to a hotel restaurant from the middle of the 19th century up to our days.
