Hacienda Del Molino Hotel in Puebla was founded in 1540 in Puebla the Hacienda and wheat mill El Batan; the land where today lays the Hacienda del Molino was part of a lavish garden belonging to it. Within the gardens of the wheat mill, after a working day, lovers gathered around a fountain, which is located on the stairways of the hotel and can be nowadays admired from the restaurant. It is a place full of tradition, where each corner evokes the past. When it was built it had 6 bedrooms and a dining room which is nowadays the restaurant.
