It opened its doors to receive its first guests on the 1st May 1999. It caters for the individual traveller, mini groups as well as corporate travellers. As a guest you will have the privilege of staying in one of seventeen individually designed duplex rooms and suites imbued with unique features and decorated with period pieces as well as original paintings by renowned Maltese and International artists.

The nearby countryside offers breathtaking cliff walks, beautiful 17th century gardens and strolls along timeless by ways.

For wining and dining De Mondion roof top restaurant open for dinner (lunch is on request) provides spectacular panoramic views in a comfortable and convivial setting. The service is discreet yet attentive leaving you to time and peace to savour the cuisine, the company and the view. The gastronomy combines the finest seasonal produce to create subtle innovative dishes combined with a rich Mediterranean fare.

While the stylish Trattoria restaurant features an array of delicious pasta, pizza, salads, fish and meat specialities served throughout the day, al Fresco dining, on the charming square where it is located.

The boardroom has a capacity for up to 12 persons and may also be used for private dining. Two other venues are available and can accommodate between 18 and 30 persons, depending on set-up required. Modern equipment is also available on request.
