Salads, sandwiches, fajitas, and barbecued chicken are available in the restaurant, or head down to the beach for grilled specialties, including seafood kabobs, fish tacos, and more.

Restaurant dishes from the regular menu are also available for beach dining; please place your request at Bar Tun Tun.

The extensive dinner menu includes soups, salads, a large option of vegetarian and pasta dishes, fish, seafood, and more. Desserts include crêpes and local desserts, including Mayan coffee flambeed at your table.

Because of the remote nature of the Tulum hotel zone, there is no electricity, gas, telephones, or water piped in from town. A small generator provides light for the reception and the restaurant-bar.

A solar power system to provide electricity to these same areas is designed. Since the cabanas are tucked between tropical palm trees in the jungle at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, this creates for an intimate relationship with nature and all of its creatures, here you can see the iguanas sunbathing just steps from the cabanas.
