Chateau St Gerlach Hotel in Valkenburg includes a castle, an old farmhouse, a granary, a convent and a Baroque church. The cloisters are home to Chateau St Gerlach's private museum. The whole complex is surrounded by a wonderfully wild 400-hectare nature reserve.All of the luxurious rooms and suites are furnished to a very high standard of comfort and fitted with all modern facilities. There are 58 luxurious rooms in the old farmhouse, 13 suites in the convent and 26 suites in the granary.For dining, guests can enjoy an exquisite dinner in the hotels restaurant which serves French cuisine. Alternatively the Bistro de Liege serves typical bistro dishes in an informal atmosphere.
