Set in a quiet residential area, the hotel is in the vicinity of a large choice of sports such as golf, two Olympic harbours and a riding club. The hotel is surrounded by two beaches situated just 20m away and 5km from Torrevieja's centre. The nearest International airport is in Murcia approximately 22km from the hotel.
The Servigroup La Zenia Hotel in Torrevieja was completely refurbished in 2004 and has a great sea front location in Playas de Orihuela.

The hotel features 220 spacious and recently refurbished guest rooms. All the rooms have balconies, room service and are fitted with modern facilities.

Moreover, the hotel comes with a restaurant which serves buffet style meals and has show cooking. A lounge bar with incredible views of the sea is a wonderful place to relax with friends or colleagues.

The hotel also provides several fully equipped meeting rooms: Marina I, II and III are elegant modular meeting rooms with beautiful sea views, allowing several layouts accommodating for up to a maximum of 280 people.

Facilities at the hotel include two seafront swimming pools (suitable for adults and for children), a sun terrace provided with sun beds and beach umbrellas and a garden area with palm trees and complete fitness centre (supplement) with heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, and whirlpool bath, massage parlour, hydro massage and beauty and body treatments. In addition, a wide sports and animation programme, tennis courts and summer mini club for kids.

Please note that this is a smoke free property, the hotel however does have a reserved area for smokers at the bar-lounge.
