The Lapa Palace Hotel in Lisbon occupies a stately 19th-century building, perched on a hilltop overlooking the Tagus River, yet close to the heart of Lisbon. Its peaceful garden, with centuries-old trees, streams, and waterfalls, provides a relaxing oasis.
