The hotel has a total of 30 comfortable and well furnished guest rooms, 13 standard double rooms and 17 deluxe rooms. All rooms are elegantly decorated with antiques, fine fabrics and original paintings and are equipped with standard amenities.

The restaurant is situated in the space that used to be the stables of the palace and serves a wide range of Andalusian and International cuisine on an a la carte menu. It is decorated with paintings of life-size horses in movement, al fresco en stucco, executed by Mr. Guardiola Medina in September 1991. The background tonality is terracotta stucco.

The tables, all coming from British antiquarians, are in mahogany. The chairs, also in mahogany, were realized on charge by the renowned carpenter from Carmona, D. Eduardo Buzon.

The glassworks are hand-made in the old Sevillian manufactory of La Trinidad de Seville.
