The Roman Hotel is situated about I km from Paphos harbour, the beach is approx. 400 metres away and the nearest shops are about a 5 minute walk. Built on grounds where three tombs with frescoes from the Hellenistic period were found and well preserved, the hotel is well placed for sightseeing being surrounded by numerous archaeological sites.
Once inside the Roman Hotel, you will be stunned as you are immersed in centuries of Greek history and Mythology. Resembling a Greek Palace, the museum-like interior has to be seen to be believed. All bedrooms have private bath/shower, balcony, WC, radio; satellite TV with in-house video, direct dial telephone. A wide choice of facilities for a 3 star hotel but please note there is no lift and a varied entertainment program including live music, folklore shows local dancing, barbeques and Cypriot buffet nights.
