Porto Del Colombo Hotel in the Old town of Chania is an imposing, tall, 600 year old building, which has gathered a rich history over the passing centuries.
The Porto Del Colombo is a fully renovated building located on the western-side of the Old Town of Chania, a few meters from the Old Harbour's edge, blending perfectly into a beautiful neighbourhood of similarly restored and decorated Venetian buildings in cobblestone lanes.

During the days of the Turkish Rule, the building housed members of high ranking Turkish military who made many changes to the building's architecture, a "Hamam" in the garden and next to that, a room to secure their slaves (where you can still see the metallic rings nailed to the walls).

The hotel has 10 beautiful rooms, 2 of which are "maisonettes", traditionally decorated, which provide an especially warm and welcoming feeling. All rooms have modern conveniences that ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
