The AD Hoc Monumental Hotel in Valencia is a monumental three star, erected as a result of a careful 19th building's restoration which belongs to the monumental whole of the historical city. It has careful been restored preserving the existing construction and has become a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy in a peaceful and calm atmosphere.

The hotel consists of 28 double and single rooms which are sober and tastefully decorated with exquisite fabrics, beside tables, lamps with lampshades and old style furniture completed by a variety of up to date facilities.

The esthetic and functional harmony is given by the old tidy exposed brickwork, stone walls and Noya hydraulic mosaics replaced in such a way that they suggest carpets, wooden vault ceilings with some original recovered paintings, etc.

Best recommending is the buffet breakfast served every morning in the restaurant, for lunch and dinner you will experience gastronomic cuisine in pleasant and warm space. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel
