Situated in a residential area and exclusively and centrally located in the cultural business centre of Madrid, about five minutes from the Prado museum and Thyssen Bornemisza museum. The International airport is about 20 km away and the train station about 2 km.
The Hotel Orfila in Madrid is a small palace from the 19th century; this emblematic building was constructed in 1886 as a family home for the high bourgeois.
In the 1920's, due to the strong literary and theatrical interest of the family, a theatre was set up in the small palace of Orfila 6, which brought fame to the theatre throughout Madrid.
The Orfila was transformed into a hotel that respected the stately air of the last century in its decor, while providing all the features of a luxury hotel in the end of this century.
It comprises of 32 rooms 12 of them are suites, facing either the street or a private garden and very spacious, with hydro massage and all different from one another.
