As part of their effort to provide really good cuisine for their guests, the owners operate their own organic farm.
On 4000 square metres the farm providing nearly all the vegetables and fruit consumed at the hotel, as well as fresh eggs and some of their own meat. Naturally, the restaurant's kitchen uses only their, own locally pressed extra virgin olive oil.
