The Hotel La Mere Poulard, a charming hotel which took the name from a young cook Annette Poulard with immense talent and culinary expertise, she became known and much appreciated first locally, then throughout France and even further a field. She spent nearly 70 years in her kitchens creating 700 recipes and with the opening of her own hotel marked the discovery of the Wonder of the West by modern tourism.

In this historical building and outstanding setting the hotel offers 100 guestrooms full of charm and individually decorated, with the most modern facilities. Some rooms are overlooking the Bay of Mont Saint Michel with an unforgettable view of the world's largest tides.

The hotel has 2 restaurants, the restaurant Gastronomic decorated with the amazing collection of 3,000 paintings, engravings and period photographs and the restaurant Panoramic with its outstanding situation overlooking Mont Saint Michel you can enjoy dishes from the Normandy and Brittany cuisine created by the chef Michel Bruneau.
