Located 5 minutes drive from the centre of Bariloche, 10 minutes drive from the International Catedral's Ski Centre and really near not only from the traditional tours but also from the Eco–adventure activities. The International airport is about 23km away and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

There is a restaurant with its regional architecture, with plain cypress logs, stones and plenty of enormous windows facing the Nahuel Huapi Lake and serving a high class regional and International menu and a great selection of wines. El Patacon restaurant has a capacity for 300 persons and is distributed in 3 connective rooms offering not only the possibility to organize a wedding party or romantic dinners but also International events.
Two typical bars also made of logs and stones, complete the gastronomic offer at the resort, one of them is located in the solarium, tempting the hosts with delicious drinks and traditional Patagonia supper similar to the Spanish tapas but with smoked salmon, trout, beer and different type of cheeses. The other Bar is located inside the Tea house, with a spectacular view of the lake, ideal for meeting friends while others play backgammon or cards.
The hotel can accommodate from 15 up to 300 persons, with 3 function rooms that can be joined. 2 of the 3 rooms have a great view of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and all of them are constructed with structural cypress logs, with very big fireplaces accompanying sculptures and Patagonian paintings made by local artists and craftsmen.
