Located close to the Troodos national park, on the east side of Troodos mountains in Cyprus, Palati tou Xylari is set in the centre of the village of Panayia surrounded by forests, vineyards, monasteries and nature trail.
Palati tou Xylari Hotel has a privileged location in the top of a hill opened up to a spectacular view of the village and the mountain of Panayia, 30 minutes drive to the golf courses and Paphos.

The mansion was declared preserved by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities and has been since then restored.

It consists of two large houses divided always according to its original layout into four apartments. All apartments are fully furnished with their own bathroom and kitchenette, whilst they are all centrally heated during winter. They open to a large stone-paved yard whilst the two upper ones have spacious balconies.

In addition, the complex offers laundry facilities (washing and dryer machine) and telephone.
