Regina Hotel is a luxurious first class Paris hotel literally across the street from the Louvre and Tuilerie gardens, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, France. The flamboyant Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower are also just a short walk away.
The Hotel Regina was the first of the three Parisian luxury hotels created by Leonard Tauber and Constant Baverez. It was built on the former site of the Louvre Palace's royal carousel and was inaugurated in 1900 for the Paris World's Fair. Since then it has not changed its outside appearance with its Second Empire facade with arcades typical of the Rue de Rivoli and its imperial-style domed roof.
The hotel's interior has undergone constant change in a Belle Epoque style and it offers 120 guestrooms stamped with the refinement of a multitude of elegant details such as antique lamps, and period furniture that create a charming atmosphere of by gone days.
The Art Nouveau restaurant Le Pluvinel and its courtyard are a delight for all the senses with a menu filled with talent, taste and the pinch of creativity that makes gourmets shiver with delight.
The grandeur of the lobby and its superb sculpted oak revolving door present a warm welcome at the reception, and the bar with its majestic woodwork is the ideal place to sip your favourite drink.
The hotels salons of which two have natural daylight, are ideal for seminars and other business meetings for up to 110 theatres style, and next door, the Garden Courtyard invites you to relax.
