Standard rooms are approximately 33 square metres in size and views vary from country fields to valley views or inland. Group activities can be arranged by the hotel such as Medieval Banquets, exclusive boat charters, golf days, traditional Maltese evenings, team building beach events, clay pigeon shooting, go-carting, paint-balling, cycling, and abseiling.

The hotel has two restaurants, the Scirocco which is the main breakfast venue and the Mediterranean Brasserie, an a la carte restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering contemporary cuisine featuring Italian, Greek, Spanish, Moroccan, Lebanese and Maltese flavours, with a distinctive French flair.

The Ku De Ta bar and lounge has a light menu of salads, sandwiches and wholesome snacks with a choice of seating from various lounges, outdoor terracing or the bar. The La Bajja pool bar and grill offers simple grilled meat and fish dishes, salads, snacks, and freshly squeezed juices.

The Villa Terraces & Deli Barista combines a traditional bakery/grocery with an Italian coffee shop. Service is on terraces overlooking the Bay.

The St Julian’s Meridien can cater for all your business and entertaining requirements. Available on request is a conference centre with 141 fixed seats and wheelchair space, 2 large daylight banqueting or meeting rooms and 14 syndicate rooms catering for 8 to 315 people.

A large daylight break out room can also be used as exhibition space. There is also a large landscaped terrace which is perfect for coffee breaks, lunch, dinner or receptions for approximately 500 persons.
