It consists of a single building, constructed on an open plan, Moresque style. The building is spread over two and three floors 1500 metres from the pleasant town of Orosei, which is surrounded by luxuriant countryside.

Furnished in a luxurious manner, in keeping with the typical Sardinian traditions, the guest rooms are all equipped with a covered veranda, private bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, air-conditioning, heating, colour TV, mini-bar and safe.

The sports and leisure facilities available to guests, include pedalos, windsurf boards and canoes; A play park for children and a mini-club. The adjacent beach is equipped with parasols, deckchairs and sun beds. There is also a synthetic five a side football pitch.

Entertainment including tournaments, parties, shows and folklore evenings are all provided by the hotel, with entertainment carrying on after midnight in the Piano-Bar and discotheque

The hotel boasts a multi-purpose conference centre with a Plenary Hall that holds 700 people, and Modular Hall and lounges for meetings of various sizes, all are suitably equipped for their purpose.
