This fabulous three stars plus hotel in Vienna is located directly opposite the Messe Wien Neu, Vienna's fair and convention centre, the elegantly curved building on the corner of Perspektivstrasse and Messestrasse connects the exhibition grounds and the recreation area of the Wiener Prater.
By car the hotel can be reached via Praterstern or Handelskai – simply by following the signs to Messe Wien. Parking is available in the hotel's own garage or the adjacent car parking facilities. The hotel also can be reached easily by public transport using the underground line U1 and tram 21. As from 2008, a new U2 underground station directly in front of the hotel will connect the hotel even closer to Vienna's public transport system.

The new Austria Trend Hotel Messe Wien has opened its doors and expects its guests to the 243 rooms which have modern architecture and clear design with guest-orientated facilities, combined with the traditional service to feel well of the hotel group that will surely make the new hotel a perfect place to stay for fair visits and city trips to Vienna.

The outstanding building is characterized by its convex shape and the remarkable inclining facade, which gives the hotel a unique appearance. Some of these inclining elements continue throughout the interior in hotel rooms and hallways.

At Trend Messe’s ample breakfast buffet you will find whatever your heart desires - cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, freshly made egg dishes, crispy bacon, various kinds of bread, dietary products and of course freshly brewed Viennese coffee and assorted fine teas.

The generous layout of the bar in the centre of an airy, translucent two-story foyer attracts attention and invites for a refreshing drink or a small snack.

The Vienna Prater, next to the hotel, is the ideal recreation area for all ages. You will find entertainment for the young and old at the Wurstelprater fun fair and at the landmark Giant Wheel. Joggers, bikers and skaters enjoy the long stretched main alley of the Prater. Wide stretched meadows, woods and ponds invite to repose and have a relaxing break.

Additional possibilities for sports, fun and entertainment can be found on the banks of the Danube and the Danube Island within walking distance. Biking, swimming, jogging and skating are the most popular activities there. Bikes, boats and surfboards can be rented. Nightly entertainment is offered at the Copa Cagrana, the colourful bar strip recreation area of the locals with numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

There are no meeting rooms located directly at the hotel, but the adjoining convention and congress centre offers state of the art meeting and exhibition facilities. On the two top levels 66 business rooms and 2 suites offer excellent views of Vienna. Non-smoking rooms and rooms with connecting doors are available.
