The Steigenberger Sanssouci Hotel in Potsdam has an interior design characterised by dark wood, deep greens, warmth earthy colours, terracotta tiles, and comfortable cane furniture. The rooms and suites, designed in the Anglo-American style of the 30's and 50's, impart the flair of a young and unconventional atmosphere.
There are 133 guest rooms and 4 suites, some with a private terrace and view over the park of Sanssouci. Also available are rooms for non smokers and physically challenged guests.
The restaurant offers excellent international cuisine and regional specialities for up to 100 guests. Theme buffets with a range of specialities, which differ each week, are served every Friday. In the afternoons the restaurant offers an excellent selection of fresh cakes and pastries from its own patisserie.
During the summer months enjoy dining on the terrace. The bistro bar Friedrich's, which seats 40 people, is the ideal place to meet with business associates or friends.
