Located in the middle of all the castles and even some more important sights, i.e. monastery Ettal, Innsbruck, Munich etc situated in the heart of Oberammergau, next to the Catholic Church St. Peter and Paul. Distance from Munich airport 127 km, and from railway station Oberammergau 500 m.
The MinotelTurmwirt Hotel in Oberammergau is a typical Bavarian style house with a famous restaurant and finely equipped rooms with all private facilities.

The hotel contains 22 rooms, an a la carte Restaurant, Cafe and the Bayernsaal. You may enjoy your dinner at the Tyrolean Stube with it s 200 year old panelling and ceiling which gives this room a very warm and gentle atmosphere. This is also used as the Cafe where mouth-watering home made tarts and cakes are served.

The Buergerstube can seat groups up to 60 persons. In the Bayernsaal a buffet breakfast is served and it can also be used for events, up to 90 persons may be seated here. This room also can be divided into 2 smaller ones.

All 22 rooms are 23-27 squaremeters of size, and have a wonderful view to the Ammergauer Alps. Most of them also have a balcony. The doors are made from a very special mountain tree, called Zirbel. All rooms are furnished with private facilities, like bath/shower, toilet, hair blower, TV, phone, mini bar and safe deposit box.
